I'll will be giving one book to Debby who stated that she wanted to continue eating and creating a healthy lifestyle and I think I'll give the other one to my mom. Shes always up for a good read. : )

Love the velvet idea. Hadn't thought about using velvet in so many way. Glad your back to yoga. You've inspired me to get going on my detox....Clean insides here I come..Thanks for the fun ARbonne party, I really like the groups Debbie always puts together a fun group.
