I sent an email awhile back to Ross with this picture attached.

I asked him if our first house could be all white. He responded by saying that we were too OCD to have an all white house, but if he were to ever go blind - we could.
:)
Wouldn't it be dreamy?

Arbonne....
So I've been thinking about becoming a saleswoman. I hosted an Arbonne party a little while back and my mother-in-law had been able to be there for it. She ended up loving the business and became a consultant and is now selling it. (And doing a very good job at it!)
I absolutely love the product. Yes, I'm only 21 years old, but you're never too young to start using anti-aging products. Plus they have so many other amazing products and they're all made from natural materials.
Check out their website here.
It's just been on my mind lately.
What's been on your mind lately? Have you tried any Arbonne products that you love?

Sharks...
I've been wanting to buy Medved a bed (tongue twister). Before we got a dog we saw this pillow at TJmaxx.
The Chevron is beautiful and the blue kinda masculines it up, right? No? Alright. :) It's from this etsy seller. She seems really cute, I emailed to ask if she did custom orders, (because the beds she has for sale would be able to maybe fit our dogs foot when he's full grown) which she does do. She was super sweet about it, but I haven't committed to it yet.
I thought this Chevron one was a little more boyish. This seller has some really popular patterns and fabrics.
They grow up so fast :(
The one we saw was black.
My husband loves Lacoste. He has a case of Brand Loyalty towards them, Ralph Lauren too. But I'll be honest when I saw this, it made me want a dog. This pillow alone. Pretty powerful. Obviously we didn't buy it :( and once we got Medved they were no where to be found!

So the search goes on.
I recently saw this one, fell in love a little.

(apparently she was featured on the Nate Berkus show)
They can come personalized :) They're also made out of duck canvas and are supposed to be super durable. Which, for our monster, would be nice. He's teething, and his grown up teeth are coming in crooked so Ross and I keep joking about doggy braces. It's really cute actually. :)
I really want this too, but he'd probably eat it. And/or grow out of it.

5 Dolla.....
I love thrifting now. It's a bit ridiculous. I told Ross that I wanted to start buying stuff, fixing it up and selling it and he said I have to wait until we have a house so we have room for all this "stuff". We'll see :)
Cathy
We drive by a thrift shop everyday at least once and I kept seeing this chair that I loved. Obviously it was gross and old but I liked the shape and style. I explained to Ross that I see beauty in ugly things. So we bought it, after some convincing. It ended up only being 5 dollars. :) Even better.
Before:
So we went to work.
We took the cushions off and sanded the whole thing. (we bought a new sander :)
I knew I wanted it for our dining room so I picked a darker stain.
-Lowe's Ebony ($4.59)
Then Ross cut all the "nasty" fabric off and I removed all the staples.
Then we had to recover them with the new fabric.
I love a natural linen.
-Hobby Lobby ($2.99 for a yard)
The last part was to put Polyurethane on it.
-Krylon Clear Polyurethane ($4.99)
We played outside while it dried. :)
Here's the after:
Total Cost: Around $18.00 :)
I found my life's calling.
Happy Sunday!
