Easy Peasy....

A recent favorite in our house (as of yesterday - the jar is almost gone already :)

Nutella Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup Nutella
½ cups Sugar
1 cup All-purpose Flour
1 whole Egg

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Blend all ingedients together well.
Form into 1″ balls. Place on a cookie sheet.
Press down firmly with the bottom of a glass.
Bake 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool

Delicious. Trust me.

Apples....

Seeing that it's fall we went Apple picking. We got a ton of them.

I've already made Apple pie, Apple chips, Apple turnover things, and tonight we're making Apple crisp.

(That's my pie, it tasted better then it looked ;)

Next is baked apples. mmmm. This might explain my weight gain...

I've FALLen and I can't get up....

So, fall is upon us people. Seeing that I didn't go to the beach once this summer, let alone get in a suit, (which probably was for the best) I feel like we went from Spring to Fall.


And I honestly don't mind. I'll try to enjoy summer next year a bit more than I did this year. But now I'm ready for pumpkin carving, apple picking, colorful trees and sweaters :)



I wish I had an excuse as to why I haven't posted lately. But all I can say is that since not being in school, I have wanted to do more cooking and have wanted to spend more time with family and friends. Not to mention Arbonne stuff. It's been a busy month for me. I'm pretty excited for the upcoming month.

Ok let's get to the good stuff. You all know that Pinterest is my new best friend. I'm going to leave you with a few home details/accessories that I love that are on my wish list.
